Response to COVID-19

In response to the recent pandemic, we are changing our return policy and updating our customers on efforts to sanitize the store.

It is our priority to keep the store as clean as possible and sanitize after each customer shops with us. We are complying with all CDC guidelines to ensure we keep customers safe and healthy throughout this crisis.


From the time you receive your purchase, you have 7 days to return it to obtain a refund. 

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund but can be exchanged or used for store credit. Please ship the item(s) back to 1500 South Pearl Street. Denver, CO 80210. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Accessories, home goods, jewelry and swimwear are all FINAL SALE.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
